Donkey Kong/Stavios ...Have you guys ever dieted down with Low Volume training?... Max Ot type training specifically?
Yes, i am natural so i take very much time when i diet down, i'm not a contest BB though, only recreational.
But i can see i lose muscle even when i diet down very slowly once i am under a certain % of bf, and i can't see why jrod doesn't have that.
I think that's how he hold onto his muscle....heavy low vol. + hardly any cardio + staying lean in the off season = no muscle loss.
Very few guys do this...Most get too fat off season & do more and more sets/cardio etc as they drop kcal, get leaner & close in on the show - IMO big mistake.
I'm by no means a jrod, not lifestyle wise, not genetically but it's impossible that he is that good naturally.
