I TRAINED CHEST TODAY!!

Incline bench press      4 sets
incline dumbell press   4 sets
flat bench press          3 sets
incline smith press      4 sets
pec dec half flyes        3 sets

Took an hour and a half. For the past two months i've been training 3 times per week with low volume. This is gonna hurt!

What was your chest routine like today?

Tomorrow I will train back and it will look something like this:

chins 4 sets
barbell rows 4 sets
t-bar rows 4 sets
dumbell rows 4 sets
cable rows 3 sets
back extensions 3 sets

and that should do it for back.

That sounds solid. I did a simlar routine with free weights and it worked great.
