Milos, could you help Jay regain his form?
« on: August 20, 2009, 07:40:38 AM »
If Jay came to you asking for help what would be your priorities and what methods of diet and training would you give him to help his body imbalance and also his aesthetics?

 ;D

You doubt I could?

If you guys pay attention - my guys start looking more like me - longer they train with me...You think by accident?

I often suggest certain things in their program considering what I think is necessary for each athlete to improve on...and always number one priority would be - balance, shape and symmetry...

I could do wonders with both Jay and Ronnie...

Milos, do you think someone can go "off" anabolic steroids and still gain muscle with the use of insulin ?

CMON - Vince Taylor, Francis Benfatto, Gary Strydom...Bob Chichorillo - they all look great over 50...(with exception of Bobby the clown...but nevertheless - I mention him just for his age...anyway...) so why would you think Ronnie couldn't do the same?

How in hell did he gain that physique in the first place...Believing that he can't be serious or having no chance in hell that he could ever be at his best again?

First step of making things happen is - seeing/believing....

Once you have goal you make a plan (who fails to plan, plans to... ??? - hmmm - file the complaint?...Can't remember exactly...)

Than "insect inspect what you expect" ...and as long as everything goes as planed - you should be back on track - where you once were...or maybe - exceed your previous best...

Milos I agree they all look great over 50 but like the last poster wrote, Ronnie has injuries.

Most pro bodybuilders use 14-18ui's of GH a day.,Trust me on that much GH you could make a 60 year old man look like a 45 year old man.I think if Ronnie got with Milos, and some help with the GH, ......Walla.....you got a instant Mr O

Yes both are lacking symmetry and balance that they used to have but have lost those attributes in the last few years. If they could get those things back = Bingo

And what if Ronnie is already using GH and looks like he does?? Simply increase the amount of GH??

Nasser was rumored to take 40 IUs of GH at the end of his career and still looked like a pile of shit.

At a certain point not even the drugs can help. When your body has surpassed you and doesn't respond anymore it's over, for some people it's in their 30s (Jay), for some in their 40s (Ronnie), some still look great in their 50s. Highly individual.

Milos, I'm not saying this as an insult and I'm not saying that you're not good at what you do. But, in no way, shape, or form could you return either of these guys to their previous bests, let alone surpass them.

I am not retarded at all.....I was basically saying that with Ronnie using as much GH as he does, if he worked with Milos, he could regain his shpae. He already has the genetics, and the GH, all he needs now is some guidance ;)

He doesn't bounce the weights. Milos has horrible form

And both of em would benefit from the cooperation. Ronnie reclaims his title and Milos gets great promotion as a coach (after Nasser has destroyed his rep significantly).

Then why could you never get it right with Dennis James?
