Great bro, thanks for asking.  I noticed you had a stint in timeout? :)  How did you find it there?  Just busy with work, rubbing Nasser-salt in the wounds of pumpkinheads, hitting the gym, and this weekend me and a bunch of friends in Canada went out to celebrate Sherief Shalaby's one year getbig anniversary.  We rented out a huge hall, had tons of guests, great food, and a slideshow of some of Sherief's most flattering pictures.

Bobs - I have to be honest. You seem like a cool dude, you train hard and you seem funny but the Nasser worship has actually made me hate Nasser. I always thought Nasser was a great bb and a cool guy but this whole Team Nasser worship that goes on has made me hate the guy.
