Without hook grip of course. I did 150 kg/330 lbs. The start is the hardest where you have to get the bar moving, once it's up there it's fairly easy to hold. I accept rack pulls also.

I've done a double with 445 (200kilos) standing on a box. no hook grip.

I get 315 for 10 with that grip, then switch to alternate for my heavier sets.

before i hurt my back for the 2nd time 495 for 2 or 3 reps on my last work set...with straps  probably a solid 5 or so with no previous work sets with straps of course.

Usually after 350 I have to switch to opposed grip unless I am doing partial rack pulls. I don't think its a question of grip for me it just seems to be unnatural to move the weight in that way when I start to get heavy.
