whom of you guys were bulked up before but now have defined abbs?
i pretty much have the problem of having bulked up before , was a skinny 120 lbs but with good abbs.
so i gained some fat in the process, my abbs lie pretty deep so that little fat i have cover them almost entirely. i can feel they must be great when im ripped.
some guys with great abbs never bulked up but are still light weights too so im happy i bulked.
i started cardio now an hour a day for two weeks but i thought it would be easier to get rid of the fat lol. maybe i want to get results too soon.

Makes no difference how much you have bulked up, if you follow the essential rules, what you end up with is what it is.
You really can't make that many mistakes getting ripped.

Hey,you can beleive whatever you want..........besides,even if I was on every drug imaginable,it would have very little bearing on the condition of my abs.

My abs are a result of a Spartanlike diet,cardio,and never cheating once while in prep.
