i know you'll call bullshit on this, but i did get down to 6-7% but i wasn't happy about the veinage running up and down my ab wall so i didn't take any pics

and as far as getting bigger, i sure as hell am, and that came about coz my ladyfriend told me she wanted me bigger

i'll post up pics once i can get a good 10 or so reps on full range chins (starting from a dead hang til the bar touches my clavicals and holding it there for a good 2 or 3 seconds, no half-assed chins, but full range with a full pause at the top) with 25 pounds added onto me and that should take about 4-6 weeks i'd say

dips, chins, and squats FTW 8)

thing is most guys here that constantly talk about their physiques post pics to back it up, you are one of the idiots that expects people to just take your word for it, and it's common knowledge you are, shall we say, OPTIMISTIC, in your appraisals of yourself.  ;)
