i know you'll call bullshit on this, but i did get down to 6-7% but i wasn't happy about the veinage running up and down my ab wall so i didn't take any pics
and as far as getting bigger, i sure as hell am, and that came about coz my ladyfriend told me she wanted me bigger
i'll post up pics once i can get a good 10 or so reps on full range chins (starting from a dead hang til the bar touches my clavicals and holding it there for a good 2 or 3 seconds, no half-assed chins, but full range with a full pause at the top) with 25 pounds added onto me and that should take about 4-6 weeks i'd say
