thx will, i have a friend who once told me "there are 2 types of physiques my friend, the pools ones (lean) and the under clothes ones)

.. now i am 30 and because i am a life time natural i know well i will never lift heavier weights than i was lifting when i was younger so it's wise to have an ok shape and to try to keep it till my 40s and then my 50s (in case i live all this)
