Justin i commend you for attempting to come rescue shelby and defend his honour.
But theres no use, even u can admit that he spams boards trying to get clients because he quit his 401k, medical benefit having job to become an "online nutritionist".
I would spam the boards too if i had to make a living telling ppl how to carb cycle correctly, but that does make it right, no it doesnt.
Oh and Shelby does post pics of himself just for "bro u look good" comments...........He posted numerous threads on every bb'ing msg board i can think of asking ........" has anyone moved up two weight classes at the national level in the same year"......Over on rx when he posted that thread initially no one responded. So instead of bumping the thread, he just started a new one a few days later with the same title........Thats self spamming bro. He just wanted ppl to tell him he was the first to ever do that........What he forgot to realize is that it makes no difference if u move up two weight classes then get a big DNP next to ur name.
Also i found it insulting that when blockhead asked him what type of program did he follow to move up two weight classes within a few months while keeping similar conditioning, he stated it was all diet..........what a crock of shit.
