Hand position for T-bar rows??
« on: November 26, 2009, 06:29:59 AM »
The piece of equipment I have for t-bar rows allows you to alternate grips between overhand  (palms facing down like a bent over row) and, I guess for a lack of better terms, a "hammer grip" ( where your palms face each other). Is one type of hand position more beneficial than the other. Currently, I do three sets at each position. Is this too much? Advice, recommendations???

Thanks,

 SPLANK

Just pick whatever feels most comfortable/allows you to use the most weight. No need for 3 sets of each.
No doubt about it...

That is what I figured. I couldn't feel any true difference by switching up the grip other than be fried on the last set or two. I just wanted to get other opinions. Thanks.
