So I take it you train grip? Any feats you care to mention? Favorite exercise?
After a workout, if I'm up for it, I'll do some kind of finisher stuff - mainly farmer's walks or maybe some bar hangs. If the weather is good, I'll do some odd lifts in my backyard - 100 lb sandbag carries around the house for time and distance. I got a this 120 lb boulder in my yard. I'll deadlift it, but it on the back of my pickup, then put it back down on the ground and repeat for high reps, my version of atlas stone event - fucking murderous. I've seen neighbors stare at me like I'm crazy, ha ha.
Not really good at the grippers, but I can close the #2.
