You have a first class upper body, Matt.
You have a lower body that really does not look too bad when pasted on someone else. But in relation to your upper body your legs look like shit.
You should be living in the squat rack, more than Layne Norton ever did. You should be doing squats, front squats, Hacks, Lunges and supersetting them with Leg Extensions...doing tri-sets....anything you can do and imagine that will nearly make you puke/pass out. And repeat this EVERY WEEK. EVERY LEG DAY. Back off on the upper body and focus on your legs.
Don't forget to work your hamstrings extra hard either...but I notice you only posted shots from the front showing your quads so I'm sure you're only fishing for compliments/advice about your quads.
