I was doing high reps, Started with squats and did, 40reps first set, 30 next and 30 next, and then I had to stop because I was dumb enough to only have a proteinshake before that workout and I was feeling really really sick.Even before the workout.ANYWAY, today my legs are actually a little it sore, But I only had time for One exersice yesterday, should I work them today anyway, even though they are sore?I was thinking just a bunch of legpresses and leg extensions to make up for yesterday.thoughts?they are not Super sore, just a lil' bit
