the cheapest micronized creatine that you can find. However if you want, buy AST creatine HSC, has glucose and dextrose with micronized creatine. That way you don't have to mix dextrose with your creatine yourself. But it would be cheaper to do so.

I now take powdered Powerade in my post-workout shake. It's first ingredient listing is dextrose, so is this good to take with creatine?

in my personal opinion i take a sugar free creatine formula like the sature8 about 20 mins before a workout because of there formula you dont need the sugar to transport to the muscles, then during the workout i sip on a powerade, that seems to work the best and dont forget your isolate after you train to, a good 40g of high quality protien.

Gotta agree w/bigjay. Tried the MHP Trac & noticed it almost immediately. Great stuff, well for me it was. You gotta find out what works for you.

All of it is pretty good. German or Chinese, it doesn't matter. The quality and purity of the Chinese product has come a long way since it was first introduced. Any micronized creatine will work fine. Don't fall for the "transporter" or "delivery system" nonsense either. If they are cutting it with dextrose, you are getting ripped off.

Creatine is supposed to bloat you... anything that doesn't isn't working as it should...

Elite K Kre-Alkalyn is by far the best. No loading, no sugar needed, and no bloating. Works pretty much instantly.
|
Colossus' results not typical.

I like optimums Crea-load complex or something. It's got Creatine and glutamine and arginine, and 34 g of dextrose. Good stuff to mix with a scoop of whey PW and some honey and 2 scoops of whey PW.

Sure do! In fact, the first creatine product, with which I ever loaded was Phosphagen HP, almost a decade ago. I gained 12 lbs. in 2 1/2 weeks. The stuff worked great and tasted like Kool-Aid. However, I've often said that creatine is crack cocaine of supplements. You get the biggest "hit" the first time you use it. I've never been able to duplicate those results with any other creatine product I've used, including CELL-TECH.
