Exactly, more laws that violate the constitution and civil rights, i.e. progressive politics, you know the ones that openly admit that the constitution is just a road block

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.I CAN show you one element where the North Carolina Constitution violates the Federal Constitution and that is the requirement of belief in God to hold office. This of course is null, but it is in there.
And guess which party would like to adhere to that? The Republicans and the right wingers.
Article VI - Suffrage and Eligibility to Office
Article VI provides every person who is at least 18 years, an American Citizen, and living within North Carolina the right to vote. This right is denied to felons and people illiterate in English. This article also sets the eligibility to hold office.
To hold state office a person cannot fall in any of the following categories:
1. Younger than 21 years of age
2. Denies the existence of God (see Infeasible Provisions) 3. A person who is not qualified to vote in an election for that office
4. Felon (See felony disenfranchisement)
5. Already holds a state or federal office.
