Ya, 300 is probably doable. What kind of shirt are you going to use?
What kind of program were you on to get your raw up so much in the last year?
I'm using a Super Katana, same shirt I worked with last year. I got 255x3 in it last year in the gym, got close on 275, and got 242 in competition (had a hard time with the judging). Pretty sure I'll get a bigger lift this year but I haven't even put the shirt on yet. Last time I had it on was last May!
My raw bench just came up over the course of time. I hadn't benched raw in a meet since 2007, I don't think...I got 170 last time I benched raw in a meet!
I've just been training raw for a long time, working mostly sheiko last year, sheiko early this year, and then moved to a periodized 5x5 kinda program for the last couple of months, with alot of close grip and tricep work.
I've got a couple of equipped meets I want to do this summer, so I'll be dusting off the shirt in about a month! 275 is my goal this year.
