Sure your 160lbs and curl 130+ for 15reps with no momentum....thats how so.  I am sure everyone would LOVE to see a video of that.  You can't be serious that we should believe that.  Whats your squat?   400lb+?


If i was lying don't you think i would say i weigh 220lb cut and lift twice that?

I don't lift particularly often as i have to stay in weight range, but when i do very occasionaly lift it is generally heavy for my bodyweight, i don't really know my maxes becauase of this.

I don't see the controversy here.

I am not melting down at all. Not one bit.

I conceded that my bench and squat was much much less than sev's. I seen the vids and was very impressed. His 540lbs for a single eclipses my 460-70 for a single. I do have 440lbs on video though. And I said I was more than 100+ lbs behind him as I assumed that he was capable of more than 540lbs tbh.

My bench is nothing great. I don't have anything special on video I do not think, well not anymore.

I am bigger though sev. Granted I am much taller however my overall measurements are much larger. lb for lb you were/are stronger than me easily. Will I ever beat you lb for lb...? Probaly not as lb for lb become negligible after around 220lbs b/w and as I get stronger I likely become heavier/bigger.

TBH I should say 'press' as bit of legs in it post 220lbs however with 220lbs and strict i can bang out 8 reps. Ta for props dude.

If he were curling his bodyweight for multiple clean reps, I would then find that suspect, but 130 is doable.

Just out of curiosity, what do you curl? You look pretty strong so I'm sure you would lift a respectable amount.

Cool thanks for answering man. I'm an old man like you and can barely do 60's haha. But I'm a shrimp too, relatively speaking.

It's just that I'm only 10lbs heavier and use 120 with a close grip for 7 or 8 reps at the end of my back workout.

No, its classic getbig calling bullshit.  No momentum, 15 reps, 130lbs, at a bodyweight of 160lbs.  Again, this should be an eye opener for all.  The 'flaming' comes in light of a very apparent inflated claim of ones physical prowess.  You need not come back with unnecessary banter with the group as a video will provide the necessary catalyst for us to 'eat crow'
