as i mentioned before in another thread in this same year (2000) before dieting i was about 75 kg and was bench pressing 150 kg with perfect form.. here on the bb contest day i was 70 kg and was very tired after 2 months of dieting and also the lot of stretching and posing and did on that day!!.. even at the same body weight i could do it with a much better form if it was a normal day with my full energy!..

that is an awesome feat of strength

whats the point, he doesnt even look like he lifts weights. poor guy has poor genetics. way to discourage people to lift weights naturally.

thank you bro., actually there are 2 sections in my gym one is indoors for machines and the other is outdoors mainly for free weights and also some machines..

i agree with you i really didnt look good on that day, i was not full.. i always consider this my worst bodybuilding show.. but still i won my class!.. here is how i looked like minutes before this video..
