Wrong - there was no argument and no disagreement. I explained what Sherief meant by "more muscular" even though it didn't shouldn't need explanation to anyone who learned English as their first language but I guess you and kiwi were an exception

That was honestly my first thought. Known Groink for over 5 years now, but this is the first time he's posted a FDB shot and I was shocked to see him look that big.

Well I am coming down a little in bodyweight....I maxed out at 264 almost a month ago and i decided it was time to start cutting it up a little.

I tell you...i don't know how those guys do it....At 264 i was uncomfortable and I decided to stop bulking....i couldn't imagine being a muscular 300+

Not a very good pic...anyway, I'm the first to rip on Groink for claiming 18% BF and if he could actually diet down to TRUE single-digit BF%, the arms would be much smaller. However, they would still pwn yours BY FAR!!! I would love to see Groink's arms at 7% BF...they'd still look amazing...prob a lot more impressive than they look now with fat all over them.

But looking at that pic even with a shirt on you can see his torso is smaller than it's ever been. he should be filling out that shirt a LOT better than that.

no but only because of the bad lighting.. this was a random pic. in a resturant my wife took just for fun.. i didnt know i was going to post it here or i would have asked the waiter to increase the lighting and would have done some stretching before taking it
