no, I am saying:
1- the bible was never written to be read literally
2-sure some parts happen to have some historically true bits
3- it is not possible from what we know about history to tell fact from fiction
4- so there is little point trying to filter out the true bits since they are completely interleaved with the fiction parts
in any case u should remember a famous story:
