No.  They are not.  333 forgets I am the HA of one of the largest hospitals in FL directly in charge in the three biggest departments within.  ER, OR, BB.  I don't need to read the NEJOM.  Hell, I don't need to read a damn thing simply because COMMON SENSE and LOGIC tells me these docs are not going to quit their jobs.

There were not the protests, however, no one in the GOP in the House of Reps even voted for the damn thing.  Obama/Bush/Pelosi were all over this nonsense and remember her calling the house GOP "unpatriotic" for not supporting the bailout?  Many people were against that and called their reps etc and that is why it failed the first go around.
