Yea as a kid I always wanted to get in a rocket to space but was afraid of not making it back. Now I wouldn't give a damn about getting back either way...

I had a similar feeling during my last flight. We had some serious turbulence. First I thought: "the engines might fall out, we take a dive, say out last words, breathe our last breaths, and then we'll crash, fuuuuuuck", but later: "well, if it happens, it just happens and that's how it is... have peace with it.."

Yea if you are in a aircraft you are at mechanical mercy, I have flown alot as you say I thought many times if this thing goes down it just does nothing I can do. Disturbed a good band.

On a side note, I wouldn't be surprised if Type-o-negative was influenced by them.
