Thats kind of a mixed beat smooth at first picks up in the middle and back smooth. How are the meditations going ?
Thanks for asking, got a nice compliment from my teacher. He observed my posture, during a zazen session (seated meditation), and told me that I made progress. I find it pretty hard to sit for 20 minutes at home, so I time it to 10 minutes, still work in progress

Do you practise meditation/yoga/mindfulness/etc yourself, or have you ever done it/tried it?
