i think your answering your own question. Jordan didnt have any special magic or anything, he was just a great player. EVEN IN THOSE 6-& Years that he didnt win a championship, he NEVER CHOKED in any game, he simply gave it all he had, but his team came up short.

They're are two separate arguments. I'm not putting Lebron in Jordan's league. I'm just saying that Jordan didn't start winning championships until he had a complete team around him.

What I disagree with is the contention that the Cavs were the better team and choked. IMO, the better team won the series.

Then again, even if the criticisms of Lebron are on point, I'll still take him over what we currently have in New York.

I loved watching Wall play, but I think as an NBA starter he'll be a turnover machine and physically manhandled by vetereran NBA guards.  In the NCAA touenament he was sloppy, talented or not.

i actually thought pippen was OVERrated.  He was great, but without jordan he was just very good.  NOT one of the top 50 of all time by a long shot.  he was average in portland and houston, although he was older too.

I agree. Always felt Pippen was put on a higher pedestal then he earned.  No doubt he was very good, but not Top 50 material.  Hell, with the entire defense trying to shut-down MJ, there were plenty of wide open opportunites for a bunch of scrubs on those Bulls teams. Kerr, Paxson, etc....

In the end he will do what Nike tells him to do since they are paying him more than his NBA salary

He did a lot of things that don't show up on a stat sheet.  Pippen was a great defensive player, on and off the ball.

i think i just saw a city just die out there today, and being from AA, Detroit, Michigan it's not something that really pleases me......if and when james goes. i've never seen a player like him choke and then quit like that....if i were a Cleveland fan i would switch teams immediately, that was an outright disgrace out there......i would be ready to do awful things to him right about now. but since I'm a pistons fan, this is freakin' awesome in my eyes and i just can't wait until he gets the hell out of our division. but wow.......lebron just absolutely snapped out there.......i ALMOST feel sorry for you guys.
