Where does Toxie's soul go? The spirit, life-force, etc is eternal. Does it go to some neither-realm, some type of dimension, that science is somehow breaking the walls to? A dimension in which our eternal energy goes? A dimension that exists right beside ours?

Yes physics are certain laws that exist in our realm and are used in creation and evolution to a small extent. Yes these laws pre date mans existnce but were used to put the master creation (Humankind) here on earth. So you have no point as far as timeline.  When baking a cake some of the ingrediants are gathered before the cake appears.

2nd point.  Perhaps a physical entity cannot be in 2 places at once, but perhaps a spirit body (not one that is physical and must obey gravity for instance) can.   Possibly it couldnt be in 2 places even at once, but could be everywhere at once!!

Jesus was delusional or decided to play a role to satisfy his followers....I'm not sure if he meant it literally when he called himself "the son of God"....he may have meant it as a designation that he was a follower and worshiper of God....others may have embellished his role and made his title bigger than it really was...and he in turn was deitified in folklore....
