I just started a very high protein diet. 50g of protein at every meal, 3 meals a day (total goal 150g protein).

I can do some vegetables since I have hemochromatosis and have to be mindful about iron overload but I'm mostly meat, eggs and seafood at every meal. I have lost two pounds in first ten days (not that I needed to lose weight, I'm 5'6" and 118lbs starting weight - sometimes I drop down to 110lbs depending on stress level).

I am more full on less food. Lost some water weight but likely due to significantly less inflammation.

Anyone else tried this?

Yeah.  Pretty gross.  And I think it's wrong of her to try and capitalize/monetize this now and make herself out to be some kind of victim.

No, her feet are her best part.
