She definitely deserves a spot in this thread after this post:

Nancy Mace
@NancyMace

I just started a very high protein diet. 50g of protein at every meal, 3 meals a day (total goal 150g protein).

I can do some vegetables since I have hemochromatosis and have to be mindful about iron overload but I'm mostly meat, eggs and seafood at every meal. I have lost two pounds in first ten days (not that I needed to lose weight, I'm 5'6" and 118lbs starting weight - sometimes I drop down to 110lbs depending on stress level).

I am more full on less food. Lost some water weight but likely due to significantly less inflammation.

Anyone else tried this?

How I Blew Up—Then Rebuilt—My Life

When news of her affair with Gavin Newsom exploded into the public eye, it was only the outward mark of a long-rippling private implosion. In the wreckage of the scandal, Ruby Rippey faced her demons but lost her voice. Twenty years later, she is ready to share her story.

^^^ FEET!

Yeah.  Pretty gross.  And I think it's wrong of her to try and capitalize/monetize this now and make herself out to be some kind of victim.

No, her feet are her best part.

'Intentional, Calculated, Relentless': Kyrsten Sinema 'Enticed' Married Bodyguard, Ex-Wife Alleges
“Her conduct evidenced a complete disregard for the Ammels' marriage," said lawyers representing the woman suing Sinema for allegedly having an affair with her husband.

Former Sen. Kyrsten Sinema opened up about the sordid details of her dalliance with her then-married ex-bodyguard during a deposition in the $75,000 “homewrecker” suit brought by his angry ex-wife.

Sinema (I-Ariz.), the first openly bisexual person elected to Congress, fessed up to having repeated sex with Matthew Ammel in cities across America in an affair that upended his 14-year marriage.

She confessed that she first had sex with Ammel, her then-bodyguard, around Memorial Day of 2024, two years after he began working on her security team.

We were staying at an Airbnb in Napa, California. We were outside. Matt kissed me. We went inside and had sex,” the former senator explained during her July 31 deposition, court records show.

That was the first time that the two kissed, Sinema said.

Ammel’s ex-wife, Heather Ammel, a mother of three, sued Sinema last year, taking advantage of her home state North Carolina’s “homewrecker law,” which permits women to sue their ex-spouse’s mistresses.

Sinema, 50, pushed the suit to federal court in January in a bid to argue that the dalliance took place outside of North Carolina.

Heather Ammel is now seeking over $75,000 in damages. She also faults Sinema for allegedly getting her ex-husband into psychedelics, apparently in a bid to help him deal with brain injuries and mental health disorders from his multiple deployments to the Middle East.

“I cared about Matt,” Sinema said in her deposition. “Matt and several other of the members of the security team suffered from traumatic brain injury.”

After the lovemaking in Napa, Sinema and Ammel went at it again a few weeks later during CNN anchor Jessica Dean’s wedding in New York City, then again in her DC apartment, according to the transcript.

In August 2024, they had sex while she was on a fundraising trip in Colorado, Sinema said.

She recounted more rumpy-pumpy in October 2024, at her Phoenix home.

The former senator, whose term ended in January 2025, was fuzzy on whether or not the devious lovebirds had another fling in September of that year, as Matthew Ammel claimed in his deposition.

Sinema, who is unmarried, confirmed that she became aware in December 2023 that Ammel was wed with three children.

During her deposition, Heather Ammel recalled discovering Sinema’s tryst with her husband one day when he was “severely intoxicated” and read one of the messages she discovered on his phone.

“I hope your day was okay. Thinking of you. I am with you. I keep waking up during my sleep and reaching over for your arms to hold me,” Sinema wrote in the message.
