So don't treat it like you're preparing for a contest.  As long as you don't over-gorge yourself and give it all back, do it in intervals, and you'll gradually gravitate towards your goal weight.

Treat it like a marathon instead of a 3 month sprint.

heres my thing--I dont cheat huge, its just that I cheat once a day,...well thats not true, morel like once every 2 days. I get to about 8 at night and fuking snap in the head and have, no humor intended here, a kit kat chunky or an aero bar or something like that. I dont go stupid overboard with it, I just do it like 4 or 5 out of 7 days.  At the end of the day instead of 2200 calories in I usually end up at 2500 or 2600 in.

noone gets fat from one Kit Kat Chunky a day, that's ridicolous to think that's the reason for your failure if you really don't eat more than one. Then cut a few grams of rice instead (or whatever carb source you're using), and eat the Kit Kat immedeately after workout instead of a post-workout shake.

I can do the training, the cardio. I simply cant do the diet. I dont have the willpower. I completely fail at the diet. To Adonis and all those other guys who get so lean naturally, I give you all the credit in the world, it must take a lot to get there. And fatpanda, if you actually do make it all the way to the end, I will give you credit too.  I lost 22 pounds, but I dont have the willpower to keep going. So feel free to say "I told you so".
dieting requires rewarding yourself.
you must do that and often without fear.
then get back on a diet track you can tolerate and or enjoy

Just factor that daily candy bar into your daily totals. Eat smaller meals in the previous meals so you can add that candy bar and still end up with 2200 calories.  At least try that for a couple of weeks before you just give up on the entire diet.

My problem is i drink alot of booze i think half if not more of my calories come from beer and/or rum drinks

Same here.  I'm actually going to go without the vodka (my sanity willing) for the month of October just to see what difference it makes to my physique.  

I've gotten back in the gym and busting ass, and while i've grown and gotten stronger I don't feel I'm seeing much happen bf wise at all.  I know I'm older, but I used to do almost no cardio and now i do between 25-45 a day depending on if I lifted.  It's frustrating the hell outta me.  It sucks not being able to use ECA or Clen :'(

I find that i diet strictly and feel motivated when i have a set time limit (contest).

when im not thinking about competing i eat like "shit" and always say "ok now, no more bs, from Monday diet" but always fail. Many mondays come and go. haha ;D

I have an app on my iphone called LOSE IT! its actually a very good calorie counter, it just sux using it every time you eat

Don't give up.  Have a giant cheat day, get it out of your system, and get back on your diet.

I agree. And choose some filling, healthy foods that are lower in cals, that you like, so you can get by daily sticking points.
