I have heard that it is best not to train legs within 1 week of a show. Why is this and is that a good rule, or should it be two weeks or 3-4 days before the show (as I have also heard)? Thanks.
I would stop 7-10 days before the show. And that last workout should not be in any way intense. You want those muscle fully recovered and filled out before slipping on your thong and parading around for the men.
