Went to the gym today, second time this month. Weighed mysef only 231 pounds. Mom told me I was getting fat and must go on a diet.  While at gym I made myself feel better about myself by noticing two homos who had acne all over their tris. Anyhow had a good workout.

First day back since the weekend. Did 24 mins of treadmill, 15 of rowing. Shoulder is all fucked up did like 3 dumbell presses. Before calling it quits.

P.S. If your reading this think logically if I were tall germans gimmick why would my account be 4 years old. He was started after my account, so he's a gimmick of me.

Dont have time to get to the gym today, when for five laps around the pond. Was a pretty god job, minus my left ankle being a little bitch. Weight 228 yesterday, I'm feeling a little leaner today, sans caffine, sane bloat. Will weight myself tomorrow. Must find suitable jerk material before going to the gym, I saw singapoor chick today hot as balls may be suitable to recall her from spank bank.

The fatfuck has inspired me to mention my diet, had 1000 calories of some health biscuit shit, PS dont buy it if it says organique. 2 cups of rice, 5 chicken nuggets can of soup. aprox 1200 cals. With have a protien shake or two to keep mself in order.

Didn't goto the gym yesterday and wont go tomorrow, still think I'm getting a flew. Shoulder stops hurting so atleast there is some prgoress.
