I just ate a delightful Salmon ceviche that had the best lemon dressing with just the right amount of soy and sesame. For dessert, I topped off lunch with a berry and champagne soup. There is something magical when you combine blackberries, raspberries,blueberries and red currants together. I also had a glass of Opus One. Splendid!
