now you're overstating , maybe he does beat him but it's close than you're comfortable admitting and I would say Heath has better ARMS than Ronnie , better triceps/forearms not so much biceps but arms overall as well

I've seen priest in person ... Not impressive he just has a big bbers arms on a midget body...
Best arm overall in my opion ronald dean Coleman no contest a lot of bber editors and photographers have him first too almost always no 1 on best arm ever list
no one caries Coleman size shape densitity and condition arm wise no one in bbing history

Another point ronnie Coleman doesn't have a detailed lateral head to his tri
but the size of his tris when he was in his prime destroys almost every other pro see cost of redemption and unbelievable... People have the weird misconception that ronnie had no tris wrong

Correct, when I met Priest, I thought the arms were going to be alot bigger. Like stated by many others they are impressive but not even close to best ever...top 5 yes...

his forearms are huge , however they are shaped like bowling pins and insert higher analogous to having high calves , they are not in proportion with his massive biceps/triceps either more to great ARMS than just big peaked biceps , needless to say besides being huge his triceps weren't special either but as long as his arms are HUGE that's means they're the best

he had huge triceps but were they balanced? were all heads fully developed and complimentary to each other? did they have great shape? how well did they mate up to his biceps? and forearms? you're equating biggest as best and there is obviously more to it which you're willing to over look

I actually started this thread about bis, not the whole arm or tris. Short peaked vs closer to the elbow and full. Although, one can have a extremely short bicep insertion like Kamali and have effed up bis as a result.

In terms of biceps, Ronnie nudges Priest out, due to Ronnie having double peak bis, which is rare---Boyer Coe, Marko, are among the few. Melvin Anthony shares a destinction of having even rarer biceps. One of his biceps has a double peak and the other does not.
