I appreciate your input ...but :
I am not a dude who needs a blog lol
I am launching a professional website fully configured with its own domain name world wide with press releases and stuff ...
I am setting the standard at what I do and have no time to learn how to create a webpage. It is not some hobby .. I do this full time. I wanna pay professionals who can gimme what I need, meaning a FULL website. So not sure webmaster is my thing
Also the design on my website and the navigtion is very unique and particular .. at east thats what I envision. So I need a top professional do do this for me .
Well you see that shows already that you really either haven't done your job in research or you don't know what you're talking about

1) Wordpress is not a blogging software anymore - it sure was a few years back - but its now a CMS Content Management system - as I said there are thousand of hacks and mods for free that you can the posibilities are endless, furthemore themes are usualy heavily CSS based so you can easily do your own theme if you really need to (or hire somebody who can do that for you)
2) I highly doubt that you will need anything more powerful then a shared hosting account - unless you have just found the idea for the "new myspace - or twitter" you most likely have to fight for traffic until your page has either enough backlinks or google ratings to get you better known.
3) What do you mean your navigation is "unique"? I can only recommend you have a look at similar very large webpages and see what how their navigation is layed out - they paid a lot of money to get it right and one thing visitors hate is some obscure layout or navigation - in order to convince visitors that your page is worth checking out (10 seconds is all you got on average) you need to have a simple and uncluttered possibly web2.0 design (depending on what you are shooting for) - in most cases its much better to go simple (check youtube) they have a simple design of course because their traffic is so savage that they cannot afford to have a theme with bells and wistles hanging of them but their design and page laypout is also tested and works.
On average most visitors don't really care how the webpage looks (don't get me wrong it is important to have an intelligent and simple to the point layout) but are more interested in the content you have.
4) Maintaining and working on your webpage to make it big is hard work, times are well over were you could make millions on the wed in an instant, its bloody hard work and excausting with mostly many setbacks, if you are not prepared to put the work in and look for freeloaders forget it, it ain't going to happen.
If you have a great idea and you need to hire people to do the work for you - go to webmaster forums and hire a designer and coder who can custom build what you want.
Most webpages are like a marathon, its never how fast you can run but how long and how much you have prepared yourself for your business.
Edit: I think thats the last advice I will give you, I think you are joking and I honest to god don't believe you have it in you to start a business online - you lack the commitment and brainpower
