I don't think you can just buy a ferrari - you either have to order them or you are "selected" by Ferrari - I guess Jay is not high on their preferred clientele list.
Given his size I be surprised if he even fits in an Enzo

Except for rare models like the ENZO which is very exclusive and hard to find, they usually have a waiting list for some models. the ferrari F 450 is usually bought by previous ferrari owners, but the bottom line is, as long as your bank account is limitless, your ferrari will be in your driveway in no time. Period

No one but people in Jay's circle know what he's able to afford and owning a F430, 458 Italia (my fave) or 599 is easily within Jay's reach. I won't speak for Jay, but c'mon its not as difficult for a successful man like him.

Money does talk and if you want a new model like the 458 Italia it's gonna cost , most are snatched up by dealers and collectors who put a deposit and then turn it around for a profit , the cheapest I've seen a 458 for is $150K over list ! now how bad do you want it? enough to pay a 70% mark-up?
