Funny you mention that. I got an email the other day from a guy who's being trained by Hany and he mentions the slin protocol as being the same one that Phil uses. He said that Hany even mentions this in his email. Course, it's prolly all lies. 

I have gotten a couple of PM's saying the same thing. It wasn't that much insulin so maybe it just doesn't count? Like 1000mg a week of roids is the new natural, only doing a couple dozen IUs of insulin is "insulin free".

Thanks mods for putting in that extra effort for making this board just a little bit worse. Nobody, absolutely nobody, thinks you improve this board by merging threads and destroying the continuity and subject matter. You essentially destroy a bunch of interesting threads in one fell swoop.

Please find time to do something else. You would vastly increase your value to the board by simply being useless.
