I had a couple of trainers that i worked with thru the store like that.  They would even trust me to kinda "pre-screen" before I have references for them.

Yes.  The dieting was the hardest.  I like to work out so that was fine but even that was way more intense than usual.  The dieting was extremely hard for me!

My gym is high end{I was just lucky enough to know somebody and get a discounted rate :)}all those richfolk love to have trainers so they don't need to sell themselves.they're always busy.
