now that that is out of the way i will take the time to address your posts.

in the positive board i typed out a lengthy post explaining what pyramids were the least effective for strength and hypertrophy (very similar to what disco stu said) which you decided to delete because you were being made to look like an idiot again - so fuck you homo.

every single study i post here is ignored, misunderstood, or ignorantly debated - especially by the usual steroid crew that live and die by broscience. claiming studies are bullshit because i look bad (retarded beyond belief) - yet they refuse to post their own pic proving their broscience is right ::)

i have already posted more than enough proof that a calorie is a calorie. The fact that you don't seem to know anything about this just highlights how utterly intellectually challenged you are.

I'll tell you what you ugly inbred peasant why don't you post proof that a calorie is not a calorie (only metabolic ward studies are relevant of course - as they keep all variables to a minimum as I'm sure you know  ::)  )also post proof that pyramid training is the best for hypertrophy and strength ( remember I'm not talking about warm up sets to a max all out set )

w8m8 and others.........I am of the opinion that working the abs while being a fat slob like our downs syndrome friend here will help to pull the abdominal wall up and back towards it's original plane and give the illusion of a flatter stomach but will not actually cause fat loss from around the waist.

w8m8 and others.........I am of the opinion that working the abs while being a fat slob like our downs syndrome friend here will help to pull the abdominal wall up and back towards it's original plane and give the illusion of a flatter stomach but will not actually cause fat loss from around the waist.

I also wonder if doing ab work will help his skin, seeing as how I had some loose skin when I lost my 100 lbs (still do), but it seems to get better when I regularly add ab workouts into my routine.

You can only lose so much, but the more core(ab/lower back) work you do, the tighter you can get your midesection, now with loose skin it will only work to a point, depends on how bad it really is.

yeah when the skin is stretched it only has so much elasticity, I have read that the older you are the less it has, so if Panda is in his 30's hes really fucked, the skin probably wont have any elasticity left, so when he loses that weight its going to fold and hang like those people that do gastric bypass, hopefully he has enough money to afford some plastic surgery.

You are spot on Shockwave, ab training will strengthen and thicken the ab wall, if progressive overload training is applied to this ab training, then when you get real lean (sub-8) your abs will definately "pop out" and show much better.

I have no qualms with FP, but... I think dat if he would train much harder, then he would get much faster results. But then again, not many people are insane enough to train really hard on a regular and consistant basis ;D

Im not stupid enough to think that just because hes fat means he cant have done a lot of research on nutrition, sometimes having something like his fattness can be a motivational factor to learn as much as you can,
That being said,
Its plainly obvious for anyone to see, the only reason he goes with his theoriy is because it alows him to eath like a fat obese man.
Generally when I was fat, I read up on how the most shredded guys around got shredded, and I did what they did, and while I have yet to get shredded, I DID lose 100lbs and turn my whole body bomposition around big time.
IMHO, all the studies in the world dont make up for real world results.

the gimmick is that a calorie is a calorie "as long as you take enough macronutrients". Since is it impossible to get "enough macronutrients" if you only eat french fries and ice cream all day, you will have to start puting quality calories into the mix up to a level that your diet will look pretty traditional, and guess what: this is where this useless tautology ends.
