So basically rather than posting your studies (which is all he asked), youre turning it around and instead telling him to prove you wrong (which he shouldnt have to, as youre the one telling all of us about these studies.)
BUT, you are not giving him any room to work, as you will accept nothing less than the same controlled scientific studies that (since you know they agree with you) Youre basically telling him, prove me wrong BUT YOU CAN ONLY USE THE SOURCES I GIVE YOU (which just happens to agree with me)., which is stupid, as Science has yet to create a single person that even looks like a bodybuilder.
And dont give us that "steroid user" crap, as you have admitted to using and are the complete tard that says that GH does NOTHING for muscle mass. Even if if doesnt directly add muscle mass, it does something, seeing as how the physiques of the 90's (when GH became readily used) skyrocketed in weight. So again, real world results fly in the face of your case studies.
My thing is, when Im trying to learn how to do something, (I.E. Bodybuilding) I go out and find the biggest #### I can, find out what hes doing, and follow that to a T, because I know that it works. Trying to reinvent the wheel is the dumbest thing you can possibly do.
Your case studies have yet to provide any OUTSTANDING resulsts (Wavelength and Adonis I dont consider outstanding, Wavelength has an exceptional fast metabolism, and Adonis you never know if hes telling the truth or not).
i have posted loads of studies here (must be well over 50 in total) - anyone who has ever read my posts knows this. If he wants to debate the studies i have posted he can address them where they have already been posted.

Oh ? hmm .... seems to me that's not something you'd have to worry about for awhile ... I am not being antagonistic and truly do wonder why you are not building muscle anywhere ... your photos show a loss of fat .. but no shape is appearing anyplace and it's been months .. are you concentrating on just losing pounds and not defining anything until you reach a certain point ?

What is the answer for decreasing such a large midsection and not allowing your limbs to become so diminished then ?
when you post a pic showing us your fantastic physique we can talk properly.
if you followed my log ( which i know you do) you will see i've lost plenty of fat and my strength has only reduced by 5kg's in all lifts in 5 months. My measurements have gotten smaller because thats what happens when you lose fat, if i were losing muscle my strength would be plummeting.
my pics might not show drastic improvements, but i'm seeing them.
p.s. hope you enjoyed the holidays and had a nice time with your loved ones. seriously every post you make here is full of bitterness and hate. you need to start enjoying life more. perhaps you will lighten up here.
