... seriously, if you can't be that lean at 175 after being 250 pounder, then sheesh.... how much do you squat/bench/deadlift/curl/dumbel fly etc?

you clearly have no idea how the human body works.
skin thickness, previous fat levels, muscle levels, metabolism, nutrient partitioning ratios, etc all effect how hard it is to get that sort of condition when i have never been that lean before.
i can get to that weight, and i hope i'm close to that condition, but i feel it will take some real punishment on my part - perhaps even chemical assistance to get like that.
i say that knowing i have been 147lbs before and i was still no where near your condition despite working out 5 times a week with weights along with 30mins of cardio 5 days a week also. i was also eating very little calories to achieve that weight - around 800-1000 a day if i remember correctly.
you are clearly naturally lean and you may workout but claiming some sort of victory because of something that comes naturally to you is nothing to be proud of.
get your weight up to 280 like i have and i will be impressed. or perhaps even 200 with the same level of conditioning.
you have no clue what if feels to have been 280lbs, then to drop that weight to yours, let alone understand how to do it.

i don't think he has much muscle, some yes, and he looks great but his leanness is what makes him look like he does, not his muscle mass. meth addicts have that same look.
