Like I said, if you are even that lean with 175lbs, then you have been partly true this entire time... and you will obviously shut me up, but as for now, you don't have any kind of muscle shape going on, nobody can tell what's your body gonna look like even remotely.

skin thickness, previous fat levels, muscle levels, metabolism, nutrient partitioning ratios, etc all effect how hard it is to get that sort of condition when i have never been that lean before.

i can get to that weight, and i hope i'm close to that condition, but i feel it will take some real punishment on my part - perhaps even chemical assistance to get like that.

i say that knowing i have been 147lbs before and i was still no where near your condition despite working out 5 times a week with weights along with 30mins of cardio 5 days a week also. i was also eating very little calories to achieve that weight - around 800-1000 a day if i remember correctly.

you are clearly naturally lean and you may workout but claiming some sort of victory because of something that comes naturally to you is nothing to be proud of.

get your weight up to 280 like i have and i will be impressed. or perhaps even 200 with the same level of conditioning.

you have no clue what if feels to have been 280lbs, then to drop that weight to yours, let alone understand how to do it.

i don't think he has much muscle, some yes, and he looks great but his leanness is what makes him look like he does, not his muscle mass. meth addicts have that same look.

you didn't "bulk up" to 250lbs or 280lbs, your body is so fucked up that you can't help it, that's the problem.

I'm at under 170lbs now and lean, without any "low carb" diets or cardio that much, do you even realise how impossible it is for me to be 280lbs now, lol talk about "not knowing how human anatomy works", If I would bulk up like a "bodybuilder" from this weught I'd say I would be at 180lbs at VERY maximum ... if even that. When I'm RIPPED 180lbs, then i would bulk up to over 200lbs etc etc...

lol, 280lbs, yeah everyone can do it  :D, especially when you have a hormon deficiency  ::)

Allright panda, I hear wot you is saying in regards to devil being young and probably never an out of shape toad, so let me tell you my story. I'm 36, and for the past few years I was stuck at about 175 @ 20% with a 38.5 in waist. Yeah man, I was skinny fat. Now I'm 170 @ 12% with a 32 inch waist. If you calculate out these numbers, you will clearly see that I lost fat, while gaining muscle. And, I am a lifetime natural. How did I do it? HARD AND CONSISTANT TRAINING IS HOW I DID IT.

One more thing that I "discoverd/remembed" this gig is a lifestyle, and you have to do it day in and day out, and if you don't you WILL lose size and condition, and you WILL get fatter and fatter if you overeat after stopping hard and consistant training, so that IS THE PRICE THAT MUST BE PAID, no ifs, ands, or buts about it.

it's overtraining for sure, I know that... but do I ever learn, when training is going so well you just want to keep pushing it, then the second morning you wake up and you cough your lungs out... it's overtraining, immune system is constantly below what it should be.

And I should probably go walking/jogging outside more often, not for the "cardio/fatloss" but just to get fresh air more.

lol champion bodybuilder, well first I would just like to get bigger and not get sick right after that  :D

Sadly true. The only guy I can think of at my gym who's actually lost noticeable weight is the crazy guy who always does the whole gym giant sets which includes noisy intervals with the heavy bag. I'd congratulate him but he doesn't talk to anybody, and most people give him his space.  ;D

I have said this before. The loose skin varies on people depending on the situation. I would guess that whoever is in this picture was obese and/or overweight for awhile, if not most of his life. Also depends on if they worked out during the weight loss as well. I have a tad on the lower ab area and only surgery can fix it. Been to 2 plastic surgeons and estimate to get it done is 2-2500k.
