Always measure the gap under the toilet cubicle door and make sure your paper bag is at least 3 inches longer than said gap.
Or just get one of those big dept store bags...

if your a teen, with good response to training, a good build ( small joints,  big muscle bellys) dont fuck about playing it safe, hit it realy hard...

train from 16 to 19 natty, learn your form, get your poundages respectable, get used to dieting... then hit the gear properly, stay on all year round and try your luck on the stage, you can realy change your body at the point of your life.

Practice, practice, practice.

Whether it be correct form, training intensely enough, eating clean, eating regularly, and sleeping regularly. Those good habits will stay with you all the way through however long you train for.

I always remember the older gym crowd from the late 80's, they always used to stress correct form.  It's not until you're much older that you then slow down, not pursue the egotistical lifts of young and start to use proper form with moderate weights, which then allows you to see better growth/definition.

gh a must
aas a must

no body will even knwo you work out if you walk around 175 single digit 5;9 with shirt on ,,you will look like paper cartoon from the side,,and you will look sick if too low body fat,,so you either have to go naked all day long to have deinition o girl dont think you look skinny,,or you have to have the rigth ingredients for bodybuild that are gh and aas first and formost

gh15 approved

Funny, I have a friend who is ripped at 145 and 5'7. Takes various illegal things to stay that way... but he looks so small unless he is in a wife beater.. which by the way.. happens a lot. A group of us were out at a club and he was getting no action.. I leave for a moment and come back and he had taken his dress shirt off and tied it around his waiste to show off his muscles in a wife beater... I had to find another part of the club to hang out in...

Totally - the best person to listen to advice about correct form is Dorian Yates.

How to do exercises properly in tune with the body's physiological make-up is what will stimulate growth better than just throwing weights up just to get from A to B. Too many young kids who are getting into training are copying videos they see on the internet of Branch Warren and Ronnie Coleman who have awful form and they think if they train like that they'll grow the same way - complete nonsense. They think that lifting as heavy their ego will allow is the only way to train. They're deluding themselves - I see it in my gym every day.

Even if you get good advice, without experience it's next to meaningless.

Whenever I read a really good article or post, I always stop and realize how I only know it's so good because I have seen these things firsthand.  You can go over the words and have them in your head, but unless you've seen the truth in them firsthand they will never stick.

It's kind of like how you read a word in a dictionary, and the definition makes sense but it's describing a concept you have no familiarity with.  You forget what the world really means instantly.

I missed this bit. Bench was probably my worst lift - most I did was 315 for a double. My best lift was the deadlift.
