i do not remember exactly the conversation then, but clearly i was talking a load of shit - perhaps i was drunk when i wrote that sine the time posted was 4.51am

i certainly know many naturals over 200lbs and ripped but i have never been one of them.

i have said here many times before and since that date i have never managed to get 'ripped' i've managed to get to 147lbs very slim naturally, but i could never get the bottom abs to show.

nice of you to search through the 9500 posts of mine though to find something you could question me on. strange you would go to all that bother though when you are 260lbs at 6% body fat. surely a pic would have been easier than the hours of searching through all those posts

Since you are now contradicting a previous statement of yours with this new assertion that you have never, in fact, been ripped, can you then tell us what was the lowest BF you have ever achieved, and what was your bodyweight at that point?
 
I am pretty sure you said you have easily gotten to 10% before now, would that be correct?

well i believe i could achieve that level of conditioning, however you have to remember he was on gear there, and clen, eca t3 perhaps too ?

i have never reached contest conditioning before though, so i would be unwilling to gamble money with someone online who may or may not pay.

i will certainly get to 175 perhaps less, but ripped ? i am unsure.

You're what? 5'11 and you're going to be 175lbs and get to that conditioning? I'm 5'6 and in that pic I about 203.

It will not be like that this time, when I started dieting for that show I was around 238 I think, since the show I have never gone above 210 and as I stand right now I'm 208. I did have fun not so much preparing for the show but rather competing in it, there were people who were coming up to that I didn't remember but they remembered me for almost 20 years ago and then there were people that came up and remembered me when I competed as a teen through my show before the one 2007. That part was a blast, then there was MaxRep who was kind enough to introduce me to Samir Bannout and we talked what seemed like forever about old school bodybuilding...great experience.

According to gh15, 170 @ 6% is the absolute best condition a lifetime natural at 5'11" can achieve.
