Alex's challenge was a good way to get my ass in gear, for years I've always trained as an athlete knowing full well that even though I was in "athletic" shape, I was too old to compete as an athlete again in a mainstream sport.

Just as an aside, injectable anadrol came and went long ago. I only remember 1 guy trying it and he ended up in the ER, something about his liver though I do not remember what. Was on elite back in the day. I do not recommend shooting anadrol.

Excalibur gives me plenty of time to prepare while not interfering with my business, after the last show I did get an invite to do the Masters Nationals for that year, doubt if it still stands but it was there if I wanted it. I was done after that last show.

Seriously Coach, do masters nationals. Okay zero return, I understand that but flip it, I say do it. Funny someone asked me why I'm doing so many big runs this year. What do I get out of it? I get absolutely nothing besides knowing I finish. Most are out of town this year so I gotta pay for a hotel room for a night, pay entrance fee but not nearly as costly do prep for a show.
