ding ding ding....i eat tons of carbs before bed even on non workout days...i stay in a deficit and have my
protein requirements met, so what the fuck does it matter

i always feel better when i eat more natural foods, but the weight loss doesn't even vary slightly from eating
shitty and being in a deficit

Hey No Patience, what do you consider to be one's protein requirements? And to Falcon, saturated fat raises test levels and allows one to keep and maintain strength on a calorie deficent diet. So son, but you won't lose weight unless you cut cals.

everything can raise test levels even extra calories bro or an extra pushup raises it .5% theoretically...if you really think butter is a sole way of increasing test then be my guest have a stick

you have a much better chance of growing big and as lean as possible with no deficit and low or no animal fats but high plant fats that have natural protien/buffering agents that help with assimilation like peanutbutter. Sup Falcon!! I agree on the pancakes, I ate them every morning for the last 9 months on the cruiseship..they have different kinds every morning (blueberry, bananna nut, chocolate) can't start my morning without them!

um show, when I moved east, I drove through some of the hickest of towns and some great pretty southerntowns, and I tried it a few times and I just didn't like it

Most likely restaurant stuff....plus it needs to be "sweet" cornbread.....the other is kinda dry and blah, unless you add a ton of butter.
