yea bro I keep the weight low for lower back safety, usually in the 770 range and utilize 100 reps with full range of motion.
This type of activity will keep the whores coming around keep it going man.

Only thing about chaos he might try to insert a car lift or tire flip into the event as long as he goes by standards he would be a qualified judge unless you guys want to try some of that stuff.

As long as they are both in good shape, I prefer someone who may not be quite as lean, but at least has muscle...it isn't a "lowest bodyfat" contest IMO

 I trained the wheels 2x per week for about 3 weeks but then the soreness really caught up with me. After 3 weeks of it my legs felt really, really sore to the point that when I woke up in the morning I felt like I couldn't walk. It took like 10 days of resting them for the soreness to fully go away.

 But I do think it shocked my quads into growing a bit.
 
 So now i'm just doing it once a week again. Switching it up. I'm gonna hit legs 2x per week about every 4 weeks though when my legs are feeling strong.

 I also lowered the training frequency. Just lifting about 3x per week now. The extra rest days seem to be helping.

 What about you? Are you ready for the ball sling contest?

Fuck no! I should be in near contest condition at the end of August, hopefully reaching my 3 main goals of 165 @ sub-7 with 16 inch conditioned arms. For this contest I'll most likely be about a buck 60 something @ sub-10 with 15 and half inch semi-conditioned arms.

Conditioning has nearly nothing to do with genetics, it comes from hard work, smart work and dedication. Muscle shape and bone structure come from genetics, but not conditoning.
