So how has training the wheels twice a week been working out for you "big" BFRS?
I trained the wheels 2x per week for about 3 weeks but then the soreness really caught up with me. After 3 weeks of it my legs felt really, really sore to the point that when I woke up in the morning I felt like I couldn't walk. It took like 10 days of resting them for the soreness to fully go away.
But I do think it shocked my quads into growing a bit.
So now i'm just doing it once a week again. Switching it up. I'm gonna hit legs 2x per week about every 4 weeks though when my legs are feeling strong.
I also lowered the training frequency. Just lifting about 3x per week now. The extra rest days seem to be helping.
