Well my legs are genetically very good, so I often train them 2-3 times a month only.. even after a hip/quad tear and the hamstring tear, and subsequent lighter training, they are still boss.

But if any area flattens out, it's my arms a little when low calorie/carbs. Still, I couldn't train them more than once a week or every 6 days on a diet... just can't recuperate fast enough.

Your legs are flat because you're overtraining IMO. Back off and give them 7-8 days to fill up, and go lighter on the intense cardio, too. You have plenty of time still to get ripped.

Take my advice, back off the training for a week or so and let your body rest up. You're very lean for 3 months out, the last thing you want is to be stringy and lose too much size.

Back off for a week, then start off lower intensity and increase intensity every week for 6 weeks. Then maintain for 2 weeks and start filling out sloooooowlyyyyy... Come in fresh but ripped to pieces.

He's in great position to make a mark this year :)

I'm 11% (or so) 7 months out of my show. It's both easier and harder to prep for a long drawn out period.

Good news / bad  news : I have to quit the job at the club so I'll have to find something else as a side job but at least I'll stop hurting myself every other weekend  ;D

I always have a lot of problem "resting" while dieting for a show because I never want to stop the fat loss

that's why I train 2 times a day, to burn fat faster (5 training are heavier the 5 other training sessions are giant sets)

Head games, man. While I understand the idea, it's not true IMO. You can most certainly scale back intensity and allow recuperation. Especially if you're dieting a long ass time like you have been. You need to give your CNS a break.

Alright so since last week I train my quads (and hams indirectly) monday evening, hams wednesday evening (and quads indirectly), and saturday morning I also do legs but some sorts of giant sets and squats and leg presses with frog position for the inner tighs.

maybe that's a but much because my legs looked small this morning, but yesterday was my super low carb day also so I might just be a bit flat.

I might cut out the satuday morning leg workout and train something else instead because next week I will start walking 30 minute incline at medium intensity (not fast enough to jog), and I don't think my quads will handle cardio + 3 leg workouts per week.

maybe if my legs were my strong point but they are one muscle that always shrink a lot while dieting, even if they get quite good sized in the off-season

I was kind of disapointed to see them lose their fullness when I started dieted down in the fall  :-\ ;D
probably just flat bro.

are you doing cardio as well?

yeah it's the cheapest meat !

it tastes just like beef exept it.. but less good haha

I put a bit of tabasco or worcestershire sauce in it  and it's good  :)

yeah I think I was just flat cause today was a high carb day and I feel much better

my abs are looking fucking crazy right now, wich means the next step to go away will be the back fat  8) (normally for me )

Imma make you proud Flexington, I don't want you to destroy my ego like you do on the tiny tits at RX haha :D

i was just asking about the cardio. because sometimes if your doing alot of cardio that can make your legs look a bit flat and feel weak, even when you have a good amount of carbs in your diet like u do.

u sound like ur doing fine bro. just keep doing what your doing. dont get too much advice from the internet and just keep doing what your doing.

dont overthink this shit. its not rocket science.

now I am still taking it easy a bit, I don't want to get burned out I have been dieting for a while now ;D

I train legs very often tho so that might do the same thing !

but I realized in this diet that I can't go low carbs as long as before.

Usually in past prep, I could do 2 weeks  of protein only without even feeling it in my energy or my physique, this year as soon as carbs are below 200 I feel it

your lean and your not posing!!,,, our lass would have to drag me from the mirror... i do think this is a big thing that alot of lads overlook.. presentation can help alot, just hitting your mandatories perfectly for your body

I have used posing and flexing as a form of cardio in my past prep. For 15-20 minutes after the last meal, before going to bed.

I hate checking myself in the mirror, I am kinda reverse-annorexic and I'm depressed the whole day afterward haha

Don't know the bf%, I never have it checked.

but.. I was 255 lbs or so haha
I just cleaned up my diet a bit but didn't diet "that" hard, but after 3 months I was already down to 215. A lot of it was water weight.
but I didn't look that good at 215, I used slin and got up to 230 again around november (again lot of water weight but it helped my physique).

then I started lowering the calories againt after christmas, got down to 212 in about 8 weeks.

then I cut the testosterone and in 2 weeks I dropped to 203-204 really quick, my face kinda lose 8 of those pounds itself haha.

so I was FAT as fuck at 255, I just have a very loong body hold fat very evenly so most of the times I think I have 30  lbs to lose and I have much much more
