haha, at an old gym I went to. very small and we all knew each other, somehow a kids sweatshirt was left at the gym. Somebody taped a sign to it telling one of the guys that worked out there to pick-up his shirt and taped it above the desk.....

I used to be pretty insecure about my height, I think I've grown out of it now. 3-4 of my closest friends are 6'4-6' so I've heard a lot of "short" jokes but I think I've gotten pretty immune against it now , hey I'm 5'8", could be worse right

He actually just laughed it off.....that gym had a great atomosphere, more like a teams lockerroom where everybody ribbed on each other...

and a 5'8" you have a good 3-4 inches on Swede.....

I know I'm a fat fuck but I was a big dude with manageable bodyfat at one point. Hoping to get back there. Posting this for motivation. I eat no more than 2k cals a day with sometimes a little candy bar treat.

It was in my hometown and I have moved about 5 hrs away.....it's actually closed now, which is sad.

And I agree, just take it in stride. If someone can't laugh at themselves, I don't want to be around them.

I agree 100%, God. I honestly don't know why I hold so much fat in my pecs and upper body. My abs lean out but my lower back takes forever. Legs show cuts even when I have a beer belly.

I have NO idea why? I'd happily tell you my stack, but I've never done insulin and never done gh over 5iu/day, and that was only for a short duration.

I'm open to advice. I'd love to improve. I'm still only 33 years old.

Oh, and I have a torn pec and quad which are visible in the pic.

I think its because of anadrol, originally he would be around 8-10% bf but because of this gear he is holding lots of intramuscular fat in his muscles.

I wish... I haven't used anadrol in a LONG time. Maybe dbol? I used some around the time of that pic. Pretty sure it was test,tren,dbol,deca.

Yo-yo dieting can do that. Maybe insulin use, too. I don't do either.

I think the culprit is estrogen, personally. I've always been VERY water sensitive.
