Still natural, I took a bartending gig in Hawaii, got promoted to management in 5 months, so been super busy. Still want to compete at some point in time, just have to find the time to prep for a show.

for me growing up you werent big till you were over 18st (252lbs) and you werent massive to you were over 20st ( 280lbs )

heaviest i got was 20.7st..just for the point of getting over 20st, great fun training when your that big and full of food, ive never used insulin but must be similar feeling
